On-line Registration
The on-line registration site will open on the same day (March 4, 2024)that notification of acceptance is sent out.
Deadline of on-line early registration is May 7, 2024.
Deadline of on-line late registration is June 7, 2024.
Participant from overseas and who needs to apply "Japan Entry Visa" should be registered by May 7.
Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) is available via this website.
Note:
- Every presenter of oral presentation MUST REGISTER by May 7, 2024 to be included in the program. Otherwise your oral presentation will be automatically canceled and moved to poster presentation.
- Every presenter of poster presentation MUST REGISTER by June 7, 2024 to be included in the program. Otherwise your presentation will be automatically cancelled.
- On-line Registration will be closed on June 7, 2024 at 24:00 JST (Japan Standard Time). All the registrations after this date will be handled as "On-site".
- On-line registration will be applied only when you make payment in advance through credit card or bank transfer prior to the symposium.
Registration during the conference
You can register and make a on-line payment (credit card) during the conference. If you make a on-line payment, your registration choice will be categorized as "On-site".
On-site registration will be available from 15:30 on July 21, 2024 to 12:00 on July 25, 2024.
